Democracy and Freedom

Democracy and Freedom (Catalan: Democràcia i Llibertat, DiL) was an electoral alliance in Catalonia formed to contest the 2015 Spanish general election. The alliance announced its official name on 6 November 2015 and was supported by Democratic Convergence of Catalonia (CDC), Democrats of Catalonia (DC) and Reagrupament.[1]

Former Minister of the Presidency and Spokesperson of the Government of Catalonia, Francesc Homs, was the leader of the alliance.[2]
