Dean-Charles Chapman
Dean-Charles Chapman (born in Essex, 7 September 1997)[1] is an English actor, known for portraying Billy Elliot in the West End theatre production of Billy Elliot the Musical, Tommen Baratheon in the fourth, fifth and sixth seasons of the HBO drama series Game of Thrones and Lance Corporal Tom Blake, one of two soldiers tasked with a life-or-death mission, in the World War I film 1917, released in 2019.[2]
