Biography
David Yeung is an environmental advocate and founder of Green Monday, a Hong Kong-based social venture.
Following the establishment of Green Monday[4] in 2012, Yeung launched Green Common[5] in 2015, a "plant-based concept store". The movement of Green Monday has now spread to over 30 countries, with 24% of the Hong Kong population practicing Green Monday.
