David M. Stanley

Stanley was born in Dubuque, Iowa in 1928. He attended the University of Iowa Law School, and engaged in the practice of law. Stanley served in the Iowa State Legislature from 1959 to 1969 and again from 1973 to 1975 as a Republican, first serving three terms in the state House, two in the Senate, and one again in the House.[1][2] He died on August 26, 2015.[3]
