David A. Rausch

David A. Rausch is a former Professor of Church History and Judaic Studies at Ashland Theological Seminary, a seminary associated[1] with The Brethren Church and part of Ashland University in Ohio.[2][3][4] Rausch has written hundreds of articles and over 20 books.[5]

He received his master's in History from Youngstown State University in1973 with a thesis "The historical Jesus : a current perspective",[6] and his doctorate in History from Kent State University in 1978 with a thesis "Proto-Fundamentalism's attitudes toward Zionism, 1878–1918".[7]
