Chuah Hean Teik

Prof. Emeritus Tan Sri Dato’ Ir. Dr. Chuah Hean Teik D.S.P.N., Hon. FAFEO, HM.MES, FASc, FAAET, FEMA, FIEM, FIET, FRSPSoc, FMSA, ACPE, FIEEE, PEng, CEng (simplified Chinese: 蔡贤德; traditional Chinese: 蔡賢德) is a Malaysian eminent scholar, researcher, academic and industry leader.[1] He has been the President and CEO of Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), Malaysia since April 2008. He is currently the President of the Federation of Engineering Institutions of Asia and the Pacific (FEIAP) and strongly advocates mutual recognition of engineering degrees in Asia and the Pacific region by promoting the FEIAP Engineering Education guidelines.
