Music career

Early career

Like many great performers, Charlie Vox started singing in church and writing crazy stories when she was a child. As a teen, Charlie Vox performed in countless talent shows, won numerous pageants and inevitably caught the artist bug. She wrote songs for her demo tape after being inspired by her cousin, an established rapper.
She landed her first song placement with little to no effort as she shopped her demo tape to major labels.

2011-present

In 2011 Charlie Vox released a single "Lie Instead" which has helped to create a local buzz for her artistry. Soon after, she was presented with an opportunity to perform on the big stage. Charlie Vox spent much of 2012 touring as a background singer for English R&B icon Estelle.

After spending years diligently supporting the many musicians she has written for and helped developed, Charlie Vox has found her own distinctive voice and embarks on a new adventure via her band Random Ax of Charlie. The band will release its first single through the label Twelve13 Music Group.

Recently, Charlie Vox released her official mixtape from the band Randox Ax of Charlie BPMs (The Anti-Mixtape) defining the music genre called RetroNouveau.
