Chandra Pant

Chandra Prakash Pant[1][2] ((Nepali: चन्द्र पन्त); born 28 November 1987) is re known action director of Nepali and Bhojpuri Film Industry. He started his career as stuntman in 2008 and professionally as an action director in 2012 from movie Raavan.[3] He was national player in taekwondo, Boxing and Gymnastic. He has been trained in Martial Art form of taekwondo, with achievement of 5th dan black belt level and now teaches taekwondo in New York.

Early life

Chandra Pant Son of Omkar Pant and Dhana Devi Pant is born on Nov 28, 1987 at Mahendranagar Kanchanpur, Nepal. He did his schooling on Modern Montessori English Boarding School, up to class 5 and MahendraNagar Higher Secondary School, Mahendranager from Class 6. He studied there up to class 10 and went South India for Further studies. He did is higher secondary from Andra Loyola College, Andhra pradesh South India on science faculty. After his high schooling, he went to Kathmandu for MBBS studies and his love towards Sports and Movie industry he joined the Film Industry as in Stuntman.

Career

When he made his first foray into Nepali films in 2012, people knew that Chandra was not just any other Action master. Chandra Prakash Pant or, as he is known to his fans, Chandu is headed to Bollywood to work in a film with an illustrious makers.

In just 4 years, the Action master has had a remarkable journey, moving from Nepali to Bhojpuri films and now to Bollywood, and he's been successful every step of the way.

Breaking boundaries

One of the key reasons for Chandra's extraordinary success—whether in Nepali or Bhojpuri cinema—is his eagerness and hunger to learn. When he started working in 2012, he moved directly from BOXING NATIONAL LEVEL PLAYER plus Taekwondo 4th DAN BLACK BELT, to the world of films. But Chandra spent a lot of time and effort, as he still does, learning from every film. Chandra's constant endeavour to learn, push boundaries and try new things has kept him constantly on the move, propelling him to greater heights.

Mr. Pant, in his credit has more than 40 Nepali films. Besides Nepali, he has also worked in 10 Bhojpuri movies and Two Hindi movies i.e. Tere Ishq Mein and Mumbaiya (Under Production ). Because of his extraordinary quality in Action choreography, he is awarded with 8 national awards in Nepal.

Pant started his career in the age of 19-20 as stuntman and became action director in the age of 22. Because of his small age he is called Youngest Action Director in the industry. At that time he was one an only who was highly educated for the Action, so he became overnight Star in the Media and industry. So he used be called one and only educated ACTION director of Nepal. Because of his Father's love for Martial Art, he has been brought to Sports. He was Former National Player of Nepal loves to play for his country and Pride. Pant has used a lot of innovative visuals in action and been awarded for.
