Chandra Das Rai
Chandra Das Rai popularly known as C.D Rai is a pro democracy leader of pre merger Sikkim, bureaucrat and former journalist.[1] He was a senior leader in Sikkim State Congress.[2]
He also served as the first editor of Sikkim Herald.[3] His son is former member of parliament Prem Das Rai.
