Cayenne slender-legged tree frog

The Cayenne slender-legged tree frog (Osteocephalus leprieurii), also known as the Cayenne spiny-backed frog, is a species of frog in the family Hylidae found in northern South America.[1] Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and intermittent freshwater marshes. It is threatened by habitat loss.
