Carole Quinton

Carole Louise Quinton (born 11 July 1936) is a female former English track and field athlete.

Athletics career

Quinton competed in the sprint and 80 metres hurdles events. She was born in Rugby, Warwickshire.

She competed for Great Britain in the 1960 Summer Olympics held in Rome, Italy, where she won the silver medal in the 80 m hurdles.

She represented England and won a silver medal in the 80 metres hurdles at the 1958 British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Cardiff, Wales.[1][2]
