Carlos Serrano Zárate

Carlos Daniel Serrano Zárate (born August 17, 1998) is a Paralympian swimmer from Colombia.[1] He competed in the 2016 Summer Paralympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. There he won a gold, a silver and a bronze medal.[2] In 2018, he was nominated for the Americas Paralympic Committee Athlete of the Year prize.[3]
