Carlos Oyarzun

Carlos Iván Oyarzun Guíñez (born 26 October 1981) is a professional Chilean road cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Continental team BAI–Sicasal–Petro de Luanda.[3] Oyarzun has also rode for UCI ProTeam Movistar Team.

Doping

On 20 July 2015 the Chilean Olympic Committee announced that Oyarzun had been sent home from the 2015 Pan American Games in Toronto after he hadd tested positive for the HIF prolyl-hydroxylase inhibitor FG-4592 in a pre-competition test.[4][5] Oyarzun was at the Games to ride the time trail, but was sent home prior to the event.
