Carlos Boloña Behr
Carlos Boloña Behr (27 July 1950 – 17 October 2018) was a Peruvian politician. He served as the Minister of Economy and Finance from 1991 to 1993, and again in July-November 2000 under Alberto Fujimori.[1]
