Carex plantaginea

Carex plantaginea is a perennial herb of the sedge family with the common name seersucker sedge or plaintainleaf sedge,[1][2] which grows up to 0.9 metres (2 ft 11 in) tall. It grows in meadows and woods from Maine to Georgia.
