Capel Bangor
Capel Bangor (Welsh: Penllwyn) is a small village in Ceredigion, in Wales. It is also approximately five miles from the seaside and university town of Aberystwyth. the population as of 2011 census was 256, with 63% born in Wales.[1]
Facilities
The size of the village of Capel Bangor decreased during the 20th century, and facilities are limited. Accommodation (bed and breakfast) is available on one of the village's working farms, and there are two public houses, the Tynllidiart Arms [closed as of 18 April 2019], which also serves food and the Maes Bangor Arms. There is a railway station on the seasonal Vale of Rheidol Railway.
