Synopsis

After being released from prison, a man is disowned by his wealthy father and becomes a drifter on the Barbary Coast of San Francisco. Ending up in a dive he meets Camille, a woman who believes in him and they marry. When his father has a change of heart and offers him a chance to come home so long as he gives up Camille, he refuses.
