Cai Liwen

Cai Liwen is a female Chinese Paralympic swimmer.[1] She represented China at the 2016 Summer Paralympics and she won the silver medal in the women's 100 metre backstroke S11 event.[1]

This is a Chinese name; the family name is Cai.
