COLREG Tutor
COLREG Tutor is an application created by Alistair Baillie,[1] a merchant navy officer as a means of assisting cadets and deck officers studying for their Maritime & Coast Guard Agency Orals Examinations to learn the practical side of the International Rules for the Prevention of Collisions at Sea. It is compatible with Mac OS X[2] and Windows 10.[3]
