Buoch

Buoch is a small village in the district of Remshalden, located east of Stuttgart in Baden-Württemberg, Germany. The village itself sits at 519 metres above sea level and has a population of around 700 people.[1] Buoch is situated on top of a hill and is surrounded by a forest. It is connected by road and bus to the town of Remshalden about two kilometres away. From Grunbach station in Remshalden the Stuttgart S-Bahn links the town with the rest of Stuttgart's surrounding areas.

Residents

Ada Isensee and Hans Gottfried von Stockhausen are glass artists who lived here. They had moved in the 1970s to live and work here where they raised two sons.[2]
