Bruce Gregory

Bruce Craig Gregory (22 April 1937 – 29 October 2015) was a New Zealand politician of the Labour Party.

He entered parliament after winning the Northern Maori 1980 by-election, caused by the resignation of the previous incumbent, Matiu Rata. Gregory held the seat until 1993, when Tau Henare won it for New Zealand First.

Death

Gregory died on the 29 October 2015. The House paid tribute to Gregory with a moments silence during the parliamentary session on 3 November 2015.[1]
