"Bottle of Wine" is a song written by Tom Paxton and performed by The Fireballs. The song reached #9 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1967.[1] It also reached #3 in South Africa.[2] The song appeared on their 1967 album, Bottle of Wine.[3] The Fireballs version only included two out of the four verses written by Paxton with the chorus being repeated.

- Doc Watson and Merle Watson released a version of the song in 1973 and reached #71 on the U.S. country chart.[8] The song was featured on the duo's 1973 album, Then and Now.
