Bonnie Erbé

Bonnie Erbé is an American journalist and television host based in the Washington, D.C., area who has covered national politics since 1975. She attended Barnard College, where she received her bachelor's degree. She later received her MSJ from Columbia University School of Journalism, and her J.D. from Georgetown University cum laude.

Erbé created, and hosts, PBS's weekly news analysis program, To the Contrary with Bonnie Erbé, which deals primarily (but not exclusively) with women's issues. The program has won multiple Gracie and Clarion awards, and many others.

She was a contributing editor at USNews.com, the website of U.S. News & World Report, where she wrote for the Thomas Jefferson Street blog,[1] and also wrote a syndicated newspaper column for 20 years for the Scripps Howard News Service which won multiple journalism awards.
