On November 19, 2013, Kulp was elected to the Wisconsin State Assembly as a Republican.[1][2] He was sworn in on December 4, 2013.

Biography

Kulp was born in Elkhart, Indiana. He received his bachelor's degree, in public administration, from Thomas Edison State University. He owned a roof business, energy, metal, and real estate businesses in Stratford, Wisconsin.[3]
