In 2017, Bill released his first book, 'Issues white-anting India[4][5]' which provides the reader with an insight into the ongoing problems from the ground all the way to government level in his home country of India. His second publication that year, 'My life does not have to be unhappy[6]' is based upon the scientific studies and thoughts from various philosophers, the author's views on the concept of God, the validity of religion and the myth of love, as well as insights into the psychology of young people in the ever-stressful challenges faced on a day-to-day basis, and what we can do to help.

Bill released two more books including '22 Years[1][7]', which was debated on live Indian television on NewsX on 5 December 2017,[8] and his most controversial[9][10] publication to date, 'Does India need a Dictator[11]' which was released in September 2018. Bill was interviewed by State Times about his books on 25 November 2019.[14] Bill’s interview about his latest book was also published in The News Now on 17 December 2019.[15]

Bill’s latest book, published by Springer Nature in 2020, ‘The Exiled Pandits of Kashmir – Will they ever return home?’[16][17], raises and answers questions related to Kashmiri Pandits, their current relationship with Kashmiri Muslims, and real and potential issues regarding their return to Kashmir.
