Big 8 Conference (California)

The Big 8 Conference is at the top of the level for California Community College Athletic Association (CCCAA). It is a very hard conference at the Junior College level. It is the hardest conference in Northern California and the second hardest conference in California. This conference is higher than NCAA D2 level but not as hard as the top-level D1 programs. It is somewhere in-between NCAA D1 and D2, in terms of difficulty. Many athletes in the Big 8 conference transfer to NCAA D1 or D2 schools. Most schools in the Big 8 Conference, make the playoffs. It has the top athletes in Northern California.
