Bezos Earth Fund

On February 17th, 2020, Jeff Bezos announced over Instagram that he was donating $10 billion to a new organization called Jeff Bezos Earth Fund to fight climate change.[1][2][3]

Bezos wrote, "Climate change is the biggest threat to our planet" and "I want to work alongside others both to amplify known ways and to explore new ways of fighting the devastating impact of climate change on this planet we all share."[2] Bezos will "begin issuing grants this summer".[2]
