Beatrice Beckley

Beatrice Beckley was an English-born actress on stage and screen.[1] Beckley began her acting career in London before moving to the United States.[2]

With her husband James Keteltas Hackett

Beckley was married to fellow actor and acting company manager James K. Hackett from 1911[2] until his death in 1926.[3]

Beckley appeared in many theater productions in the United States, including main roles in the "Walls of Jericho", "Samson", and "The Prisoner of Zenda", opposite Hackett.[4][5] She also starred in two film adaptations of plays she acted in: Should A Husband Forgive? (1919) and The Prisoner of Zenda (1913).[6]
