Baton round or kinetic impact projectile may refer to:

  • Flexible baton round, also known as bean bag round, a less-lethal projectile fired from a normal 12-gauge shotgun
  • Plastic baton round or plastic bullet, a less-lethal projectile fired from a specialised gun
  • Rubber baton round, commonly called rubber bullet, a rubber or rubber-coated projectile that can be fired from either standard firearms or dedicated riot guns
  • Wooden baton round, also called wooden bullet
  • Foam baton round, also called a sponge grenade
