Banda Los Recoditos

In 1998 Alfonso Lizárraga member of Banda El Recodo come one fit them the name so that the band was forced to change their name to Banda Vuelta De Río. This band recorded three albums with Musart and some members returned to Recoditos, the actual band.

There has been some opposition to the current band because most of the original members still belong to the band Vuelta De Río. Although the current band plays the hits of the original musical group, there are arguments that there actually only is one version of the original band.

BANDA LOS RECODITOS... NOMINATED IN TWO CATEGORIES- LATIN GRAMMY 2016 The Band is nominated in two important Regional Mexican categories with their album "ME ESTÁ GUSTANDO." The award ceremony will take place November 17, 2016 at the T-Mobile Arena, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Banda Los Recoditos is also nominated for "Band Of the Year" in the Premios de La Radio awards. They are nominated with the likes of La Septima Banda, La Arrolladora Banda el Limon, Banda Ms. The ceremony will take place November 3, 2016 at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles, California.

The music of Los Recoditos is like most Bandas Sinoalenses, featuring vocalists harmonizing to a third and high horn hits in the background. The band often uses the I-vi-IV-V chord progression (known by the 50s Progression). The meter is usually a 3-4 or a 4-4, but 6-8 or a hemiola between 3-4 and 6-8 is not uncommon.

The album Ando Bien Pedo is an album that detached 2 singles “Ando Bien Pedo” & La Escuelita plus 3 songs that was not included in the disc, the single “La Machaca” didn’t appear in any album, considered as song #11 of the album including “Nuestra Navidad” as song #12 & their sessions song “Amarte A La Antigua” sang by Mexican singer Pedro Fernandez, titulated to 13 songs to the album (First album on Disa Records)

• A Toda Madre (2011)

The album “A Toda Madre” had a detached single “Habitacion 69”,in proposal, they did a collaboration with Mexican singer Jencarlos Canela with their song”Baila Baila”(slang:Dance Dance),with them including 11 tracks.

• Para Ti Solita (2012)

The album was an album themed of a black boldish featuring a screen in orange with the members of Banda Los Recoditos, their detached single “Para Ti Solita” was included in the album plus 2 bonus tracks “Invitame” & “Por Culpa De Tu Amor” became the popular songs for when someone hears Pandora or a mix of songs, on guiltiness,the song “Invitame” was #14 & “Por Culpa De Tu Amor” as song #15,including 15 sensible tracks.

• El Free (2013) (Last album of Disa)The album”El Free” features 13 tracks,their single”Cuando Te Entregues A El” was popular on June 2013 that counted with video,the album features 2 bonus tracks “Sin Quitarte La Ropa” as song #14 & “No Me Lamentare” as song #15,containing 15 tracks in total.
• Sueño XXX (September 2014) (First album of Fonovisa, Banda Los Recoditos rejoins Fonovisa)The album “Sueño XXX” was a “unliked” album from Los Recoditos to give the reason that it is a song not putten on the radio, the detached single”Hasta Que Salga El Sol” contained with video,their bonus track “El Mecanico” has been hidden as a treasure “album” as song #15 which contains 15 in total.
• Me Esta Gustando (January 2016)

The album contains 4 detached singles as “Pisteare”,”No Llega El Olvido”,”Me Esta Gustando”,& “Me Esta Tirando El Rollo, the album produced 2 bonus tracks one from their 2016 album version & one similar to the 2010 album version, the single “Convidela” recorded featuring La Iniciativa & “La Nave Del Olvido” which is featured giving honor to Jose Jose, the album has 3 songs to remember 3 friends from the music, the song “Tatuajes” made to remember Joan Sebastian,”No Llega El Olvido” made to remember Jenni Rivera,& “Recuerdenme ASI” to Luis Fernando Munoz,who passed away in July 2014 due to a car accident.

• Los Gustos Que Me Doy (August 2017)

The album of 2017 contained singles as “Fuego Cruzado”,”No Le Hago Falta”,”Los Gustos Que Me Doy”,& “Tiempo”,they contained 11 tracks, but the band needed help to make a collaboration with Gente De Zona, but in September 2017,they said it was cancelled because Gente De Zona would not have a collaboration with a Mexican band.

• Perfecta (july 2019)

The album “Perfecta” contained 4 detached singles such as”Perfecta”,”El Cigarrito”,”Una Peda Con El Viejo”,& “Esta Va Por Ti”,they contained 10 tracks plus 3,one recorded by their own version along with Super Lamas with their song “Yo Quiero Chupar” & 2 recorded by their featured artist’s version like Luis Coronel recorded “Pa Que Nos Hacemos” & Lucero with them recorded “Solo Me Faltabas Tu” in her own music version.

• Mis Ilusiones(February 2020)(Last album of Fonovisa)

The album of 2020 has not released their date neither their singles. Note: In 1999 and 2000 the band changed their name to Vuelta de Río and recorded three albums: "Banda Vuelta de Río" "Puros éxitos" (re-recordings of the original band) and "Entre la vida y el alma". In 2001 some members returned to Banda Los Recoditos, the actual band.
