Plot

Two sisters set out to save the family bakery. Their mom dies in the beginning in a very dramatic and absurd fashion. There’s a mean banker man trying to shut down the bakery but he has a change of heart when he tastes the cannolis. The sisters succeed in saving the bakery. Also, there’s an old couple that tries to murder a young couple with poisoned tea, but we never see those couples again. The move ends with one of the sisters kissing her love interest next to a tree in a post office in Europe.

Reception

The film has a 43% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.[3] Brad Wheeler of The Globe and Mail awarded the film half a star out of four.[4] John Hartl of The Seattle Times awarded the film one and a half stars out of four.[5]
