Bajadera
Bajadera (Croatian pronunciation: [bajaděːra]) is a Croatian layered nougat with almonds, hazelnuts or walnuts.

A traditional home-made dessert, it is often found served on Christmas in former Yugoslavia.
Bajadera is produced commercially by the Kraš confectionery company of Zagreb, Croatia.[1]
