BBX Capital Corporation (NYSE: BBX, OTCQX: BBXTB), formerly BFC Financial Corporation,[1] is a diversified holding company whose principal holding is Bluegreen Corporation. Through BBX Capital Corporation's Real Estate and Middle Markets Divisions, BBX Capital is involved in the acquisition, ownership, and management of joint ventures and investments in real estate and real estate development projects, as well as acquisitions, investments and management of middle market operating businesses.
