The Avature platform is designed to support HR teams with recruiting and talent management. It is used in 160 countries and 24 languages. The company has over 650 customers, including 110 of the Fortune 500, as well as several government entities and educational institutions. [1] As of 2020, the company had 763 employees.

History

Originally founded as a recruiting outsourcing service provider in New York and Buenos Aires in 2005, Avature provided services to large organizations and global staffing firms. In September 2008 the company commercially released its flagship product, Avature CRM, a flexible enterprise platform for global talent acquisition which is now a market leader for sourcing, recruitment marketing and candidate engagement.

In 2012 Avature sold its recruiting services businesses to Korn Ferry and focused all its efforts on the development of technology. In subsequent years, the company’s product suite has expanded to include an applicant tracking system, and software to handle campus and events recruiting, onboarding, internal mobility, performance management and contingent workforce management.

Awards & Recognition

In October 2008, the Human Resource Executive Magazine pointed Avature CRM as a Top HR Product[2] and in 2010 it was identified by Gartner as 'Cool Vendor´ for its innovations in Human Capital Management.[3] The company was also recognized by HRO Today with the 2012 TekTonic Award for Talent Management.[4]

Furthermore, Avature Contingent Workforce Management Solution (Avature CWM) was named a 2018 Top HR Product by Human Resource Executive Magazine[5]

In October 2018, The SaaS Report named Avature Chief Financial Officer, Ana Laura Darino, within their annual Top Women Leaders in SaaS list.[6]

In December 2019, Avature ATS won the gold medal for Best Advance in Talent Acquisition Technology awarded by Brandon Hall Group.[7]
