Cars of the Kortezh series (also known in Russian: Единая модульная платформа, ЕМП, lit. 'Unified Modular Platform') were expected to be available for export to the Middle East and China in late 2018.[5] A civilian version of the Senat will be manufactured by a joint venture between NAMI and Sollers and LiAZ firms.[5] Retail prices are expected to start at 10 million rubles ($160,000).[6]

Porsche and Bosch Engineering are reported to have been involved with the development of the engine.[7]
