Artiwara Kongmalai

Artiwara Kongmalai (Thai: อาทิวราห์ คงมาลัย), or nickname Toon (born 30 May 1979), is a Thai rock music singer and vocalist from Thai popular music band Bodyslam.

Early life and career

He was born on 30 May 1979. He was a nephew of Aed Carabao. He finished his secondary education at Suan Kulab Witthiyalai School,[3] and third degree from Chulalongkorn University.

He started his music career on stage in 1996 in the music contest "Hot Wave Music Awards",[4] and was regiested from artist in label Music Bucks, until 2002 he join with Thanadol Changsawek and Nathaphol Phannachet and founded with them the rock band Bodyslam, and they are artist from label GMM Grammy.[5] He had a platonic relationship with Rachawin Wongweeriya.[6]

Charities

He founded a running project Gaw Khon La Gaw (Thai: ก้าวคนละก้าว, Each step each), for run and donate money to the hospital in Thailand to buy medical equipment.

  • In 2016, he donated money for Bang Saphan Hospital, have donate total 85 million Baht.[7]
  • In 2018, he donated money for 11 hospitals in Thailand, have donate total 700 million to billion Baht.[8]
