Arsalan Chalabi

Arsalan Chalabi (born February 20, 1986, Bukan) is a Kurdish poet and writer now living in Denmark. Arsalan began his career as a poet, with his first collection being published in 2009 and his second collection in 2011 in Kurdistan. Some of his work has been translated and published into different languages like English, French, Danish, German, Persian, and Kurmanji. His writing is influenced by the social, cultural, and economic ambiance of his home place, Kurdistan. He has been one of the members of the “Danish Pen” since 2016. In 2019 he published a new book Barcode in two languages, Kurdish and Persian.[1][2][3][4]
