He debuted internationally on 7 September 2019, in the a CONCACAF Nations League match against El Salvador in a 3–0 defeat.[3]

In 16 November 2019, Joseph scored his first goal for St. Lucia against the Dominican Republic in 1–0 victory in the CONCACAF Nations League.[4]
