Antonio Carlos Barrios Fernández

Antonio Carlos Barrios Fernández (born 30 March 1957[1]) is a Paraguayan physician and politician.

This article uses Spanish naming customs: the first or paternal family name is Barrios and the second or maternal family name is Fernández.

Barrios studied medicine at the Universidad Nacional de Asunción, where he specialized in Neonatology.[2]

On 15 August 2013 he was sworn in as Health Minister of Paraguay in the cabinet of President Horacio Cartes.[3]
