Ann Nardulli

Ann M. Nardulli (November 28, 1948 – June 27, 2018) was an American endocrinologist known for her research on the role of estrogen in breast cancer. Born in Morrison, Illinois, she studied education at Northern Illinois University and taught elementary school before earning master's and doctoral degrees at the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign, where she spent the rest of her career. She initially studied in the lab of Dr. Benita Katzenellenbogen, eventually becoming a professor of the Department of Molecular and Integrative Physiology. She died of cancer in 2018, aged 69.[1][2]
