Alina Reh (born 23 May 1997) is a German long-distance runner.[2]

Reh was born in Laichingen. She finished eighth in the 3000 metres at the 2017 European Indoor Championships. In addition, she won two gold medals at the 2015 European Junior Championships.

She won the German 10000 m national championship on 8 June 2019 in Essen. She finished in 31:19.87 and Miriam Dattke was the runner up with 32:50.10.[3]

Reh participated in the U23 European Championships from 11–14 July 2019 in Gävle, Sweden.
She ran the 10000 m on 12 July. Reh won with 31:39.34 and Miriam Dattke (Germany) finished second with 32:29.45. 2 Days later she placed second in the 5000 m with 15:11.25. Anna Emilie Møller (Denmark) was the winner with 15:07.70.[4]
