Aegean Oil
Aegean Oil S.A. is a Greek oil company. It was an affiliated company of Aegean Marine Petroleum Network Inc. (AMPNI). The company is owned by Melissanidis family.[1]
Aegean Oil began its activities in the retail market in the early 2000 and became known with a network of 550 gas stations that have been developed throughout Greece.[2]
Aegean Oil is the leading marine fuels physical supplier in Greece.[3]

On April 1, 2005, we entered into a marine fuel supply service agreement with Aegean Oil, a related company owned and controlled by members of Mr. Melisanidis' family. Mr. Melisanidis may also be deemed a control person of Aegean Oil for U.S. securities law purposes, but Mr. Melisanidis disclaims such control.
