2007 Ballymore Cup

The 2007 Ballymore Cup is the fourth edition of the expanded Ballymore Cup and eighth if the pre-2003 Metropolitan Cup is included.

Competition

Schools who have contested their regional open schoolboys competition will qualify for inclusion in the Ballymore Cup. The competition runs from March to August.[1]

The teams may qualify for the finals in one of two ways. They may win their regional open schoolboys competition or be selected by their respective union.[2]

Division 1

  1. Sunshine Coast Grammar School defeated Rockhampton Grammar School (20 - 0)
  2. Forest Lake State High School lost to Marsden State High School

Division 2

  1. Xavier College defeated Southern Cross
  2. Clontarf Beach State High School defeated Ipswich State High School

Grand Final

Division 1: Sunshine coast Grammar School defeated Marsden State High School
Division 2: Xavier College defeated Clontarf State High School

Spirit of Rugby (3rd 4th Play-off)

Rockhampton Grammar School defeated Forest Lake State High School
