1973 French Open – Women's Singles

First-seeded Margaret Court defeated Chris Evert 6–7(5–7), 7–6(8–6), 6–4 in the final to win the Women's Singles tennis title at the 1973 French Open.[1] It was Evert's first appearance at the French Open.
