History
In 1 August 1977, Government Technical High School(Yenangyaung) was opened. It was promoted to Government Technical Institite on 1 December 1998 .
Student Service
Drawing rooms and several classrooms are available to all students for private study. The Library is opened from 8:00 hours to 16:00 hours, Mondays –Fridays. Available texts are Technological books,magazines,a wide variety of journals and old questions. Internet and computer access are available.
