Xolilizwe Mzikayise Sigcawu (26 June 1926 – 31 December 2005) was the 11th paramount chief of the Gcaleka sub-group of the Xhosa people from 10 April 1965 to 31 December 2005. Xolilizwe was an active member of the National House of Traditional Leaders. He was the oldest son of Bungeni Zwelidumile Sigcawu.
Xolilizwe died on the 31 December 2005 at No 1 Military Hospital in Pretoria and was buried on the 14 January 2006 at the Nqadu Great Palace near Willowvale, Eastern Cape.He was succeeded by Zwelonke Sigcawu, the older son of the Iqadi house (3rd Queen).
Xolilizwe married five wives who produced five sons and six daughters.
