William "Billy" O'Leary (born October 19, 1957) is an American actor.
Early Life
He was born in Chicago,[2][1] and started acting at the age of 7.[2] He graduated from Highland Park High School in Highland Park, Illinois in 1976.[2]
O'Leary first attended Illinois State University earning a degree in acting[2] and would continue his education getting an MFA at the Professional Actors Theatre Program at the University of Washington, Seattle in 1982.[2]
Career
O'Leary made his Broadway debut as "Art" in Precious Sons at the Longacre Theatre, (3/20/1986 - 5/10/1986) starring Ed Harris and Judith Ivey.[3]
He played Marty Taylor, Tim Taylor's (Tim Allen) younger brother on Home Improvement. His most recent regular role was the primary antagonist, General Xaviax, on Kamen Rider: Dragon Knight.
