He is married to comedian and actress Robyn Butler. Together they run the production company Gristmill. He is mainly known for his comedic roles in television and film.

Television

Hope's acting career began in 1996, when he appeared on The Glynn Nicholas Show. Some of Wayne Hope's acting roles have been in the following shows:

Hope directed, produced and wrote for Stories from the Golf, The Librarians, Very Small Business, Little Lunch, and Upper Middle Bogan.
