The station was previously owned by Martz Communications Group, and was acquired by Stephens as of February 1, 2008.
WRCD airs the Nationally Syndicated Bob and Tom Show Monday-Friday 5am-10am as well as the Best of Bob & Tom on Saturdays. It's an affiliate station of the syndicated Pink Floyd show "Floydian Slip."
WRCD Covers St. Lawrence County, NY, Eastern Ontario including Brockville, parts of Ottawa, Cornwall and Western Quebec.
