Viktor Trkal

Viktor Trkal (14 August 1888, Ostřetín, Pardubice – 3 September 1956, Prague) was an eminent Czech physicist and mathematician who specialized in theoretical quantum physics. In 1919 Trkal was Paul Ehrenfest's assistant in Leiden. Trkalian flow is named after him.
